[WriteLog] Import problems with DX4WIN and WriteLog/DigiWrite

 I just did the WWROF digital test using WriteLog (12.42) with DigiWrite
(1.1.18). and had import issues into DX4WIN.

All of the DigiWrite QSO produced import errors for Submode FT4. Earlier I
had imported FT4 QSOs from WSJT-X and had no isssues.

*The difference is that WriteLog puts the Submode BEFORE the Mode. This
causes DX4WIN import to fail. Is this a fault of DX4WIN or WriteLog?*
