[WriteLog] Import problems with DX4WIN and WriteLog/DigiWrite

I was able to confirm the problem is with the WriteLog ADIF.

I edited the WriteLog ADIF to move Submode after Mode as is done in the
WSJT-X ADIF log. The file imported into DX4WIN with no problems. I would
think that Submode has no meaning if the Mode hasn't been defined.
