[WriteLog] Cannot Send CW From Function Keys

 Windows 10 updates can break the Bandmap in WriteLog. This last update did on mine. The fix is to re-install the last version you have.
It doesn't hurt anything to re-install WriteLog. 
Maybe a PC restart fixed it?

I took a break from it last night and brought up the PC again and it
works.  I did not change anything.  This is what happened last time too.

Has anyone else seen flakey stuff like this going on lately?  I suspect a
Windows update as a possibility.
