[WriteLog] UBA Contest

I run the UBA contest for some time last Sunday. Writelog has a wrong 
address for sending the log as the rules have a new one. The address for 
CW is ubacw at uba.be while for ssb is ubassb at uba.be

Also the mults are not counted right in writelog as there are many more 
now plus the Belgian prefixes, etc. and these all are not counted. 
Module needs update urgent.

After all these it is normal that writelog is not listed as a software 
that supports the contest in the rules... See the rules here

PS I have mentioned similar problems with the OK RTTY module.
I have not read yet for any update
