[WriteLog] FT8 and VHF contests

 I couldn't get the UDP Listener to work for the VHF contest last weekend. I don't know why. I guessed it was because the Listener drop down menu only had RTTY Roundup available and not VHF contest. I had to log to the WSJT-X log file and had to manually check for dupes.

Probably the same on RTTY Roundup, WriteLogUdpListener worked with WriteLog
12.36/WSJT-X 2.0.0 as probably as intended.  How did everyone do for DUPE
