[WriteLog] FT8 and VHF contests

UDP Listener worked fine for me in the VHF contest. It doesn't care about
which contest is running. That's under the control of WSJT-X.

As for dupe checking, FT8 is so slow that it is not difficult to enter a
call in WriteLog to determine if it is a dupe, then clear the call field.
