Working dupes is great advice for a run station. I almost never say QSO B4
since in seconds I can just complete a new QSO on CW and SSB. I have never
operated FT8 but it is my understanding that it takes multiple 30 second
cycles to complete a QSO. Working a dupe could cost considerable valuable
time. S&P (or whatever it's called in FT8) stations should check inside
Writelog first before calling.

For running, it doesn't matter since working dupes is faster than discussing
the issue.
For S&P, it is a problem because there is no dupe check unril after the QSO
is logged and copied to WriteLog.
