[WriteLog] Rig goes to 160M LSB instead of CW in Writelog IARU HF Contest module

HI,
I have same issue, new WL installation, editing 160 SSB subband from
default 1800-2000 to 1840-2000 fixes issue.
Just net to restart WL to accept changes, not easy in middle of contest.
