[WriteLog] Writelog version 12.39C, RTTY mode

Bob I have the same problem at least with 12.38. I have not tried 12.39 
yet. Also there are problems in a number of 3rd party modules which 
should be corrected. My opinion is that writelog should make official 
modules for as more contests is possible as 3rd party modules are not 
supported by their authors any more. It is strange that qso party 
modules are updated while modules as ok rtty contest, makrothen rtty, 
for example, with many participants, are not supported right.
