[WriteLog] Patch for WriteLog's WW Digi Contest module for 2019 posted

hi Ed - Fair enough but I started this thread by asking where the patch
was. *It was NOT on the page referenced.*

But I figured that since I was apparently the only one having an issue it
had to be something else.
