[WriteLog] F Keys not working for FD

Well I fixed my problem.  I'm basically 100% CW, so when I operate a
contest, I frequently use the Rittyrite spectrum window to provide a visual
zero beat.  But, in a multi mode test like FD, if Rittyrite is open, then I
guess WL thinks one must be operating in a digital mode.  Once I closed
Rittyrite, all the F key issues went away.
