[WriteLog] Writelog Interfering Tone

When I launch the program, a tone is transmitted to the rig and come out
through the speakers,  or through the earphones if they are plugged in.

This tone remains constant and is around 800hz or so.  It does not change
when changing bands or frequency.

When exiting the program, the tone disappears.

This is interfering with hearing weak stations, and is just maddening.

Am running the newest version.   Rig is TS890, but did the same with the
TS590

Any suggestions?
