[WriteLog] Rate Window Issue (maybe)

I have been using WL for longer than I can remember.   I have never 
seen/had this issue with the RATE window before.   I typically have the 
rate window set to display ALL bands.   During the WAE RTTY it keep 
changing to a single band (80, 40, 20 what ever)   I would reset it to 
ALL and on it's own it would go back to displaying a single band.

Is there a setting somewhere other than clicking on the RATE window?

I have never seen this behavior before
