[WriteLog] Enhancement request - Name window

I think Randy's "Name Window" enhancement for WL is a good idea.

I'd like to have the Name file in a .csv file and not an .adi file.

I am not asking to add anything to the exchange or have WL send extra info.  I just want a window that shows me the other op's name in case I want to be friendly and say hello!  Or call him by name when I am asking him to QSY.  😊

NS3T's use with SSB is a special case and I am very happy WL can make that possible.

A station's rate is highly dependent on operators at both ends of QSO I think this question, should we add name thing to non-rtty contests is directly related to being locked up too long due to virus....

your question, as I understand it, was for modes other than RTTY NON-RTTY (CW OR SSB contest):
If I'm working P40W or 8P5A or ZF1A in ARRL CW in prime time, as example 

send characters to Winkey to step up CW speed, send "5NN TX" for the exchange, change CW speed back  

Hard core and friendly, those contesters are ripping rates I'm helping whoever is on other end to up rate meter and not break stride and I qsy sooner to next spot Now if I want PJ2T to win, then OK I'd send "HI insert longest version of op's name" every exchange except with PJ2T .....

Sending name would be considered not Friendly, perhaps near criminal!!

between friends, work it out, like the "KB" sending 

I have stopped and talked to a youth to encourage them while at P4 - A Mentor in next room wondered about that as I was in a (very) high rate moment.

RTTY comment, I can't keep all the message memories straight already, so me having message and then duplicated message with KB doesn't work for me.   a few simple messages
Probably same for different message with name, I'm going to go to keyboard mode to handle it, at that point, My friend just slowed me down and broke run stride 

If you call me on RTTY  5NN MA is fine - I really smile when your call goes in log

Working someone clocking 200+/hr   I'm going to help propel the rate machine with short exchange 
but don't get judges to jump in and "Regulate" name calling.... hi
