Try re-installing the last update you have. This has fixed bandmap issues after Windows 10 updates. Maybe it will fix it, maybe not, but it doesn't hurt.

No need to uninstall anything, just run the last update.

The function keys no longer send the msg.wav files.  They worked when I tested them a week ago.  There was a windows update after that.  Any suggestion?
