[WriteLog] Uncontrollable frequency scanning V12.58

After installing the upgrade my Yaesu FT2KD occasionally begins to scan the band…up then down stopping for nothing. I tried reinstalling the update and deleting windows and use different contest modules but closing Writelog is the only wat to stop it.  Seems like it is a bug in the upgrade.
Ps. Also verified the radio cat settings.
