[WriteLog] WriteLog version 12 does not open in Windows 11

I upgraded to Windows 11 several months ago and Writelog has worked without any noticeable change. WL was installed when I did the upgrade. I have since installed updates. 

That probably doesn’t help much, but now you know WL will run on Win11.
