[WriteLog] Practice Sessions for ARRL Digital Contest

With the ARRL International Digital Contest module just released for Writelog this would be a great opportunity to test things out:

There are two practice sessions for the Contest:

Session #1: Friday June 3 2200-2230Z (That's Friday night, 6pm EDT)

Session #2: Saturday  June 4 0300-0330z (That's Friday night, 8pm PDT)

Special Note:  Avoid the normal FT4 and FT8 waterhole frequencies.  Use the alternate frequencies as specified in the ARRL contest announcement.

Example for FT4 on 40 meters:   7.080 and 2khz increments up......7.080 - 7.082 - 7.084 - 7.086 and 7.088
