[WriteLog] RTTY LAST/FIRST ONE WINS BUG?

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I have something set wrong.

With First one Wins over a network, my radio 1 set to Timed CQ would 
resume a CQ (TX) while I was transmitting on  radio 2 which is 
networked.  The manual states to use First One Wins on radios that are 
networked.  I did try Last one Wins for the heck of it, but the results 
were the same.

If I disabled Timed CQ then I could not transmit when the other radio 
was transmitting as is to be expected.

Any thoughts?
