[WriteLog] DX CLUSTER

I got lost in the discussion on if one can spot themselves during a contest and would someone explain if this to me.
Also, I am not being spotted during a contest, I used to be on the dxcluster as soon as I started calling CQ on both bands(as I operate SO2R). Would someone explain this to me as I don't know why this has happened. I really miss this feature because I mostly run and very few stations are coming to me as they did until recently.
