[WriteLog] UDP Sender not working

Have you checked your Windows Firewall settings to make sure the
particular *version(s)* UDP Sender and WriteLog are being allowed
through the firewall?

Have you confirmed that both WriteLog and UDP Sender are being
run at the same (user) privilege level?
