[WriteLog] How to set band limits in Write Log?

I was operating the ARRL DX CW contest this past weekend but was still
seeing "needed" spots in the Packet Spots window but in the SSB part
of the band.  These were selected:

Bands: Follow me
Mults Only
In-band Only

Where are the band limits defined?  For example, 10m CW should only be
from 28000 to 28299 KHz, I should never see a needed mult spotted with
a frequency higher than this.
