[WriteLog] How to set band limits in Write Log?

Run the program Writelog Edit Sub-bands.  You will see CW  28000 to 
29700 as CW is authorized in that entire Range of course.

Change it to what you want.

Or far easier just change your Cluster to not do SSB spots during a CW 
contest.
