[WriteLog] PA QSO Party County Line entry

Just to confirm your suspension, I used 12.80C during last weekend's CA QSO Party and it worked fine for logging County Line Expeditions.  It appears something has definitely changed.

Oh, I took a look at the Release Notes between what to two of us are running and nothing shed any light on this.

I'm glad I didn't upgrade before the CA QSO Party, that would have created problems.

This feature worked fine over the years, but now seems broken.
