[WWYC] the 83rd member comes

I also consider a sked before every contest to be very useful. I was qrv this 
morning at 0300z on 21.280, but the band was quite dead, while 20m was open to 
both US and EU (also lil asia!), with great signals (I even worked a guy in FL 
2*qrp and he used an indoor-dipole ...)...

anyway, if we meet before the contests it's mainly for EU but we've gotta make a 
compromise...
