[WWYC] WL in WAE

I had tried before the contest last year but after some testing gave up on
the idea. WL is full of annoying errors, which can give a disastrous end to
your efforts. I tried WL on 3 serious attempts and it always produced a
serious problem, which could not be solved on the spot.

IMHO, WL is the SW for you if you want to do 48 hours setup and 2 hours
contesting, if you want to do the other way around just choose something
else. :)

Despite the erroneous packet spot display CT seems to be the most convenient
for WAE.
