Comments:

With conditions being very average recently we did not expect the band to be
in such good shape for the contest, in the week leading up to the contest
conditions became more settled and the band started to improve. Conditions
in
the morning were OK but there was only 10 JA`s in the log, there was
excellent back scatter propagation locally around Europe. Also early on
Sunday morning quite a few DL/F/ON were worked on what sounded like tropo.
Nice signals from 9M2/G4ZFE. Great openings to the USA, West coast was very
loud with no distortion on the signals. The conditions were slightly down on
last year with the band closing quite a lot earlier.

I was the CW Operator and also did some SSB so it was me at the Key Franki.
