[WWYC] about the condx

Conditions did suck on the WEST coast USA!  Less than 100 Europeans combined
on 10 and 15 with huge antennas is pretty slow. I thought 20 sucked the
entire contest. I barely cracked 200 qsos on that band and never even
thought about trying to run stations with 100w to my TA33JR on top of the
house.

10 and 15 were fine from here but in two years they sure won't.
