Norwegian Radio Relay Liga’s 75 Years Jubilee Contest
Target: To contact radio amateurs in all countries around the world, as
many as possible without Norway (including Svalbard JW and Jan Mayen
JX).
Period: Saturday 23th of August 1200 UTC to Sunday 24th of August 1200
UTC (24 hours)
Band: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meter.
With reference to IARU recommendation, band segment should kept free for
test-activity: 3560-3600, 3660-3700, 14060-14125 and 14300-14350.
Mode: CW and SSB
Categories:
-Single Op, CW
-Single Op, SSB
-Single Op, Mixed (Both SSB and CW)
-Multi Op, Single TX, Mixed (10 minute rule, have to work the band 10
minute after the first QSO. Exception: It is allowed to work another
band if it is a new multiplayer. Also for the ‘multiplayer-station’
counts the 10 minute rule.)
        The Three single op classes are divided also in Low Power (max
150 W output) and High Power.
        For all classes is Packet/DX cluster allowed, ‘assisted’.
Exchange:
        RS(T) and serial-number from 001 and a county-letter ‘fylke’.

Points:
 1 point for each complete contact with stations inside Europe
 3 points for each complete contact with station outside Europe
(DX-QSOes).
Contacts with other Norwegians stations (LA/JW/JX) does not counts for
points for other Norwegians. Same station can be contacted one time on
each band and on each mode.
Mulitpliers:
 One multiplayer for each DXCC country – except Norwegian ( LA/JX/JW) –
on each band and on each mode( Each country can give 10 mults: 5 bands
multiplayed 2 modes).
 For foreigners (outside LA/JX/JW) will the counties ‘ Fylkene’ plus JW
and JX  be the multiplayers.
Scoring:
 Sum of QSO points on all bands multiplayed with the sum of multipliers
on all bands, is the total sum of score. 
Prize/Award:
 Winner of each category, Multi op, and Single op.
CW/SSB/Mixed(independent of power category) gets a plaque. The 3 best in
each category will receive a award.
Log:
  Log containing information and summary sheet, should be sent to the
contest manager to the address below. The summarysheet need to include
information about Callsign, Category, Operators name and address, and
totally contact after duplicators are subtracted, QSO points and
multipliers per band and total score, included with a declaration that
the rules and licence conditions have been complied with. Duplicators
QSOes should be mark into the log with 0 points. 
Disqualification:
 Points may be deducted, or entrants disqualified, for violation of the
rules or the spirit of the contest, and calculation of points for QSOes
and multipliers which not are verified can cause disqualification. Logs
with more than 1% unmarked duplicators which appear and found by the
test comity, will be subtracted with 5 contacts with the same score as
the duplicate. The test comity decision is finally.
