[WWYC] A idea for WWYC

Hello!

We are starting to get a lot of old farts at #WWYC and now when Timo claimed 
his score for WWYC in RDXA I though that we could have some kind of fan 
club. So all those old farts could support us with scores aswell as 
gratitude to the club. So the OM could join WWYC but not be a WWYC member, 
just listed as a WWYC supporter. So we could have one member section and one 
supporter section. The OM would not be in the Hall of Fame, that is just old 
retired WWYCers.
