[WWYC] A idea for WWYC

Hello!

I don't agree with Hrle about making rules for the supporters. That would 
probably just scare the people away. The thing I was thinking is that all 
supporters get put on a list (about the same as the member list) and that 
way it enables them to send scores etc. for WWYC to help us. It should be 
stated out that the Hall of famers aren't supporters, those are WWYC members 
that have crossed the line.
