[WWYC] Are we ready for new design?

I think the YM Node script might be slowing the site down, which
means it might not be Michael's server at all. Try taking that
piece of code out and reloading and seeing if it fixes everything.

The spots kind of confuse the layout and don't seem to be used too
much. I think most people who want spots get them from a local node
or from DX Summit, not neccessarly the YM node from ke9r.com or the
webpage.

I will probably be shutting down the YM node whenever it crashes or
needs to be maintainted. It was a good experiment, one that I think
is complete unless it gets some use this contest season.
