[WWYC] Are we ready for new design?

Also from DL1ELY we have an offer about new server. Some people complained
about how slow current wwyc.net is (not too slow but slower then they're
used on). DL1ELY said he could start sponsoring the domain and hosting with
1 GB space and support for everything we need. Current server is sponsored
by Michael, BD5RV and is located in China. So far we had no limits on
anything from BD5RV. We still have to compare and see what would be the best
solution.

Big thanks to both BD5RV and DL1ELY for everything so far.

As we crossed the magic 300 number we must think how to make site more
efficient - it's no longer a club with few people inside - this will be a
big thrill for the webmaster for sure.
Please all complains and ideas on the current wwyc.net site send to lz5az at
wwyc.net, 9a6xx at wwyc.net or the list here so we can make it better.
