[WWYC] UBA contest

For those preferring CW, the UBA DX CW contest starts at 1300utc on Saturday until
1300utc on Sunday.
All bands from 10m down to 80m, SOSB also possible, everyone can work everyone
(hooray!). Exchange is serial number, and ON stations also give their province abbrev
(2 letters).
ON stations count for 10 points, and a double mult: provinces and prefixes (ON4, ON5
etc).
Member countries of European Union are mults too and count for 3 points, other count
for 1 point. So chase us ON stations please!
