[WWYC] WWYC CQ WW Committee Voting. [Explanation]

Hi Hrle and the rest!

I agree with you Hrlid. Make a board that runs WWYC cuz as you mentioned this way we are doing it right now sure isn't working. Make a board of the most active members. All other clubs has got a board that leads them and I think this one should have that aswell.

To be honest I feel these are the most active members:
9A6XX
SM3WMV
DJ1YFK
M3PHP

And please help me fill that list. Funny enough I think those I just listed are the admins of the WWYC homepage aswell.

What are your thought?
