[WWYC] Russian DX Contest - part II

There will be no teams, all in those areas I named can put their scores for
that part of the Club. We splited european WWYC into few 500 km circles.

So depending on your QTH you can claim, no matter how high score you make:
WWYC Central EU
WWYC North EU
WWYC West EU

I still have to see what to do with LZ/YOs :-) hmm

Zoli, I see you put no Club name into the log submission last year so feel
free to add those 6-7 millions you'll probably make to WWYC Central EU :-)
