I'm thinking about doing SOAB/MIX/HP this yr instead of CW (hope my
confidence will not prove false with running SSB pile-ups in Russian!)
Last yr tied up (and beaten as well!:( ) with other OF OH1NOA in
SOAB/CW. 

Last month in Cairo I was chatting abt rus dx with Tom N9NC/SU9NC and
both agreed the rusdx has gained a lot in popularity and soon will
become the best contest next to wwcw from eu if it is not already like
that especially for the lp guys.

We must create teams that follow the rules of 500km range. Regions can
be
something like: Central Europe (from YU up to DL), Scandinavia-Baltic
Region
(OH-LA-LY-YL-ES-OZ-SP), West Europe (UK, ON, F, PA).

Is there any M/S, SOAB in Central Europe???? Please let me know! We
would
need like 30 millions for one of the teams. Do we have 5-6 guys going
for serious effort?
