Try to use files collected by I2WIJ:

They recalculate your score anyway, so there cant be any mistakes about
wrong pointing system made by yourself. The problem with possibly wrong
mults for your personal use remains.

I can say I2WIJ made some updates there but didnt check it since I dont use
TR.

Hi fans,

Possible spamming aside (and maybe even the
wrong forum) but what is the date of the latest
RUSSIAN.DOM file in TR-Log?

My .DOM-file for this contest is dated 03/05/98
and I can see that it does not tally completely
with the list of Russian Regions which the organizers
have published on the RDXC homepage.

Both additions & deletions seem to be required
to update that DOM-file from '98.

I could of course edit the file myself, but then I
want to be 100% certain that I am not introducing
any mistakes which will distort the actual result!

Any ideas?
