Why not ask the RDXC Commitee to provide a dom file for the contest.
They know all the oblasts in Russia and also they should know that the
current file is not up to date, I guess someone is using TR over
there...

Hi fans,

Possible spamming aside (and maybe even the 
wrong forum) but what is the date of the latest
RUSSIAN.DOM file in TR-Log?

My .DOM-file for this contest is dated 03/05/98
and I can see that it does not tally completely 
with the list of Russian Regions which the organizers
have published on the RDXC homepage.

Both additions & deletions seem to be required
to update that DOM-file from '98. 

I could of course edit the file myself, but then I
want to be 100% certain that I am not introducing
any mistakes which will distort the actual result!

Any ideas?
