Hello all,

I have now got MMSSTV and MMTTY working fine on RX.

I also made a TX cable this evening, although there is a slight problem which someone may know the answer to:


I am using the VOX method with the cable direct into the mic socket, the method shown on the MMTTY web page.

The problem is that whatever sound is going into the mic input of the sound card is automatically comming out of the speaker socket.  I can find no way of turning this off or stopping it.  Therefore the rig is being keyed even when I have not pressed TX.  It is sending even when it is only meant to recieve.  If I remove the input to the mic input of the sound card it stops the problem and the tx works ok.  Although the internal mic on the laptop picks up sound and does the same again.

Does anyone have any idea on how to rectify this problem.
