[WWYC] IRC Problems

   some network connectivity... issues. DNS (irc.worldirc.org) is down and
   some of the only stable servers are available by connecting to
   80.254.233.8 and 216.86.205.41

So, do a /server 80.254.233.8 if you want on.

In other words, will email out WE4YL Dayton activities a bit later in
the week..
