[WWYC] 40th - Jubilee Baltic Contest

The Lithuanian Radio Sports Federation has the honor
to invite radio amateurs all over the world to enter
40th Baltic Contest 2004.

Period: from 2100z May 22, 2004 till 0200z May 23, 2004.

Sections:              A - single operator, CW/SSB

                          B - single operator, CW

                          C - single operator, SSB

                          D - multi operator, single TX

                          E - SWL

Frequencies: CW (3510-3600) kHz, SSB (3600-3650 and 3700-3750) kHz

Exchange: RS(T) and serial number starting from 001.
Each station may be worked once in SSB and once in CW.

Scoring: for participants in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
each QSO (SWL rprt) with Europe counts 1 point and QSO (SWL rprt)
with another continent counts 2 points.
For participants in Europe each QSO (SWL rprt) with Estonia, Latvia,
Lithuania
counts 10 points, each QSO with another participants counts 1point.
For participants outside Europe each QSO (SWL rprt) with ES, YL, LY counts
20 points,
each QSO with another participants counts 1 point.
SWL rprt must contain both call signs and at least one of the control
numbers.

Final score: the sum of QSO points (no multiplier, no duplicate QSO (SWL
rprt).

40th anniversary of Baltic Contest awards:

The special trophies will be awarded to the participants that have made at
least
40 QSO with Estonia, 40 QSO with Latvia and 40 QSO with Lithuania in
BC-2004.

The special souvenirs will be awarded to the participants provided
a minimum of 40 QSO with different Estonian, Lithuanian and Latvian calls
(at least 10 calls from each country) in BC-2004.
