[WWYC] Morse Runner

I know a few other of you use the Morse Runner training package written by
Alex, VE3NEA?  This small programme 'simulates' operating a contest from a
run frequency using a scaled down N1MM interface.  Great training for the
next contest, fun, and highly addictive as well.

Let's see even more WWYCers high up on the high score list (there are
already a few there).
