[WWYC] join the IARU contest WRTC style

Hello!

I will try to convince SM3JLA to join me and maybe work the contest IARU 
style from my own station or maybe some better. But In that case we will do 
it HP and send a checklog becuase I am NOT going to try working the contest 
from the northern black hole without an amplifier, no way...that is like 
comitting suicide :-) And if we will send a checklog I guess we could work 
countries as mults instead of zones & HQ as in the real WRTC.

Gonna finnish some stuff so hopefully I can use a new 6x2 switch and maybe 
even a band decoder during the contest.
