Hope to see many of you (at least around North-Western Europe) on the VHF
and UHF bands this weekend for our various national VHF contests. I will be
active with G5LK/P from a site in JO02 square, just a few km from the East
Cost of England. I'll probably spend most of my time on 23cm - we will be
running 4X33 ele yagis with 250W at the antenna for the main antenna, along
with 80W at the antenna to 8x18 ele yagis, as well as legal limit and big
arrays on 6, 2 and 70.

I'm particularly looking for SP-lids on 23cm - I can find no record of a QSO
between England and Poland on this band *ever* and we know we can work
stations in Berlin even in flat conditions and its only another 100km to the
SP border - so please turn your ants west and look for us. Let's make a
record!

Good luck in the contest,

73
