[WWYC] NEW! Please remove the 60 min off time rule in CQ WPX Contests

Hi there Dear contest friends,


I am being suggestion to REMOVE this 60 minute of time in CQ WPX contests in
Single Operator class for the CQ WPX contest Committee .
Not been heard at all.

The 36 hours maximum operation time format is ok.

I mean there should be up to the operator to decide "what a break is"..
For example: 
- go out to rotate antenna(for those which don't have rotor ! No all hams
have exclusive equipment!
- go out to restroom 
- go out to short 15 min walk
- if any operator have a handicap which make movement slower than one with
fast legs etc. you ARE forced by the rules to take a 60 minute break.. 
- if you have bad weather/tunder/storm for short while, then you need to
wait 60 minute until you can CQ again.

In my eyes this is a kind discrimination if you don't have ALL this
facilities in your shack! 
We must also think about newbie's in contesting and youngsters which think
this not have BIG rotary antenna farm and facilities in high levels.

Due different aspects of health, that people are different equipped it
should been removed, WE are in contest to have fun and gain most active
stations. 


The only argument I got back from CQ WPX Contest gang is that this rules was
made for people need to make a "strategy" to choose WHEN & WHERE to operate.
My opinion is that this is unfair and make a statement that "only" top notch
contesters are welcomed in the contest or if you don't match this rule you
are welcomed to operate in ONLY Multi Operator class?

I don't know if people are agree or not, I would also to like to make a list
with petition for this one too.
