[WWYC] Please Change de 275 km radius rule in CQ Contests (Joint Venture)

Okay guys!

Let´s do something then lets organize a joint venture between the WWYC, the
BCC, the Araucaria DX Group, the LUCG, the DXXE, the CECG and others groups.

Let's collect the callsign and names of the members of our clubs / groups
and put together all those names and callsigns in a letter of intention.

I really believe the WWYC could act as the centralizer of those names and
callsigns and we can come to an agreement between the representatives of
each club on the wording of the letter.

Please let me know what you think about that. I'm BCCing to other goups
members.

Hope we can achieve this.

It will be by far more effective that the on-line petition at
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/275km/
