[Yaesu] Yaesu 727 Handheld

My father-in-law has recently accquired an Yaesu 727 handheld. 

He is interested in finding a cigarette charger for it, if they still make
them or if anybody has one they can part with.

Secondly, there is a "CAT" plug next to the "Mic" and "Ear" plugs, that we
cannot figure out.

Any chance that someone has a manual for this older handheld?
