[Yaesu] FT1000MP Clarifier

Steve,

The clarifier can be set at different rates.  I change it for SSB and CW.
I also change the main tuning speed depending on the contest.  I have
heard from KF3P who also noted the problem.  I think if you are calling CQ
a lot you will see this problem.
