Rod, I don't have a Yaesu FT-1000MP. But I found your message interesting,
and maybe even applicable to other rigs.

Mostly, I enjoyed your efforts to help others. With all the trash we find
on many reflectors these days, its always a pleasure to find someone who is
willing to take the time to help others.
